About Me

My name is Frazer, any my career has predominately been about helping people learn and using technology to assist with the process. Building on my background as a teacher and trainer, I now work coaching Digital Learning Designer to create effective learning in their organisation, whilst exploring the uses of AI powered learning design.

I have a successful track record in corporate, and higher education environments. I have created a number of programmes, for online, blended and face-face environments.

Why do I like to focus on AI?

I started the deep-dive into AI from the moment ChatGPT came to the masses. It struck a cord with me to learn how to use this transformational technology and become skilled in prompt engineering, automation and scaling agents to help with the learning deisng process. 

I believe AI holds tremendous potential when paired with an L&D professionals expertise and understanding of ethical guidelines
